2017 International Conference on Social Media at Society at Ryerson

 

 

The International Conference on Social Media & Society is an annual gathering of leading social media researchers from around the world. Now, in its 8th year, the 2017 conference is being held in Toronto, Canada from July 28 to 30.

Judging the Social Media for Social Change Hackathon

I was invited to be a judge at the Ryerson University ‘Social Media for Social Change Case Competition’. The event was supported by some big names: IBM, Big Data University, and the Social Media Lab (who I was proud to be representing).
